As a professional dancer, I’m sharing exercises that helped me achieve a high développé devant while maintaining proper technique and control. These exercises are designed to build strength and increase range of motion. Meet yourself where you are at today and have patience. Higher extensions improve over time.

Please note I was trained in the Vaganova method which allows the hip to lift to achieve a higher leg.

Suitable for intermediate and advanced level dancers. Suitable for beginners with modifications.
